daz2905
I leave mine on, mainly a habit from the days not so long ago when downloading torrents on crap speed internet and relying on seeding bonus. Also takes a good 7 or 8 minutes to fully boot up now. My drives are full of crap and when i get the chance i'll do a bit of cleaning. suke
Always. My download speed is crap so just leave downloads running and uploads keep my count up on torrents.
josweet
Never, as my boot up time is 10seconds and can usually download what i need within 20mins. On the odd occasion my download goes slow, i use my satellite receiver to download instead as thats left on 24/7 anyway. A couple of times i have had to upload a large file (gigs) , i dragged it onto my phones SDcard and left my phone uploading it over night whilst on charge. Sh4ckles
anyone fancy porting MiRc over too mac ? S You could run in it windows in a VM? Or just run an IRC client on android on your mobile or you completely iOS? Actually thinking about it has iOS not got any version of IRC? Mr_Spark
I could run a VM or even get my Windows laptop out I tend to chill out with an Ipad and yes a few apps for IOS but none as "familiar" as the old daddy miRC IRC is a survivor from the very start of the internet and it makes me smile that it is still used today...
