Utterchaos Posted June 27, 2017 Share Posted June 27, 2017 This is a photo shortly before the bloke hit me(red shirt) in the chest with it, causing substantial internal and viable bruising, he was arrested and has been released under investigation , got told today he will probably only get a cautious, what the hell, I was un armed, with my wife and my 6year old son who witnessed the whole lot and he is now scared of just about everything, I said to police next time I will take it from him and batter him with it, to which I was told I would probably be arrested and charged with abh with intent Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Should have taken it from him and battered him regardless mate, i would have as you can claim self defense all day long if it really is (which it would have been, he came at you with a weapon you've taken it from him and hit him as you "feared for your life"). Police are telling you that you'll get done as you've just stupidly admitted to them that next time you'll take it from him and batter him....which is "intent" i'm affraid. As for going back and giving him a kicking, you'd have to think long and hard about it. If he was to call the police you will get nicked for it and unless you know who he is and who he knows it could all go very wrong. Makes me laugh sometimes, i swear that everyone on these forums is a trained ninja with superhero skills. In a situation like this 9 times out of 10 the big guy with the baseball bat will win the fight. Some years ago i got in a row with my gay neighbour, lying cunt said i shoved him and called him a queer. Within 30 minutes i was in the back of a police car and in custody until 3 in the morning. Charged, released and in court 3 weeks later. Not guilty of course but it goes to show how modern policing works and how they don't give a shit about anyone who doesn't tick the right boxes. If and when the missus gets any grief down the phone or a neighbour I let her give it them both barrels that's unless they come at her with a stick.
