A raffle at £5.00 for the horse, just make sure you don't tell them it's dead, once you sold 500 tickets (£2,500) you select a winner at random and give them the horse, when they complain he's dead say sorry and give him a refund. £2,500 - £5 refund = £1,495 less £1,000 (my commission) Everyone's a winner!
