HackmanSlim
Ok i am having a problem getting smooth frame rate on bink videos (in game video game on games) what happens is they are either a tad slow (poor frame rate) or they skip they odd frame now and then, the weird thing is, they actually play fine outside of the game in an external bink player , How odd eh ? So i did a bit of googling and a lot of people have said that bink videos dont realy like overclocked systems (kinda like cpu throttling) so i dsabled turbo tech mode on my Asus P6x58d-e, and it's still the same, but a ltitle bit better i guess. I have tried many things to no avail. But here's the killer, if i change the game from fullscreen to borderless window, i have no problems whatsoever ? So why don't i just do that i hear you ask, well sadly there is slight performance decrease in borderless window mode, and sadly i am a purist hehe So my question is, how do i get full screen bink videos to play whilst in game, smoothly ? Any help would be appreciated Slim

HackmanSlim
Life is strange, happens on every episode, i have other games too that it does it on, but would have to reinstall em all after the format hehe I have a windows store game also that has slow frame rate on the cut scenes, i suspect that might be bink too, but can't get the one in borderless window Slim
