Snuffs99
They are a pain the fooking arse IMHO.......I actually can't think of a more daunting task at this moment in time tbh mate so i wish you all the luck in the world. Very negative i know but i've only ever had problems with mail servers, they are like my nemesis.
Utterchaos
Sounds just the answer I wanted lol I not doing it haha
Snuffs99
PMSL, thats the attitude. Love it. On a serious note mate don't let me put you off but they are not easy, certainly not if you've never done one before. There will no doubt be a cloud based package that does the job but don't be fooled as that sort of defeats the point of your own mail server. Who knows maybe someone knows of a dead easy way but i've yet to find it.
hoponbaby
Did one years ago using qmail which happily ran with practically no maintenance for a few years but not something I've looked into since. Even just running exchange in house these days seems to have gone out of the window in favour of using office 365 etc..
Neoburner
Go with Business 365 - Will save you the headache and its cheap as hell!
hoponbaby
http://qmailrocks.thibs.com Qmail still being given guided installs despite being years old, just shows how simple and stable it was and allegedly has never been compromised. Almost tempted to dig out the old server it was installed on and fire it up test it .....I did say almost!! Lol

Rusty
Exchange isn't too difficult, but I'm guessing they're not going to want the costs!
