Snuffs99 Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 I moved to BT a few years back as Sly was costing me around £90/month but over the past few years my BT bill has crept up from £49.99 to £63. As of 1st august BT will start charging its customers £3.50/month for BT sport so i rang up to cancel BT sports and somehow after removing the sports i've managed to get my bill from £63/month to £39.99/month for the next 18 months.....Happy days. I'm on infinity 2 with weekend calls on the home phone (i use mobile for calls) BTTV essentials pack with HD add on. I thought £39.99/month was a bargain tbh and shows it pays to speak to the right person, few months back when they raised prices on broadband etc and i complained the guy i spoke to offered me £4 off my bill.....Lovely woman just knocked £23 off.
