anyone know how long tax returns are taking at moment?

Someone told me the other day it was 6 weeks.

CIS Refunds? Done 2 so far in the last week and have already had the one refund through, other shows as pending.

I ask as my other half's one is saying there is a refund amount on the account, does she have to claim this or will it be done automatically, ie through the information that was given on the return, also it was selected to have paperless contact does this mean everything paperless or just the reminders if you know that is

It depends - if she did a tax return then there is an option to request a refund, if she did that it should come through automatically, if she didn't then need to request through their website. Should be everything paperless I think unless she opts out.

yea she put her account info on the online forms so I should just go to her bank then, give it a few weeks I guess then

Tell her to log back in and select repayments then select request repayment
