suke
Some of you may remember me starting a thread regards my deafness claim through industrial injuries compensation. After nearly 2 years and going to court several times I finally won my case and was awarded 42% disability. Had a letter Tuesday stating how much and the back pay that I would receive. Gets a letter today saying the money has been paid into my bank account number Blah Blah Blah. That's not my bank account number. Nothing like it. Rings them up and woman says ok we will look into it. She says if we don't ring you back the money will be paid into the bank account which I have just given her. So far no one has rung and neither has the money been paid into the right account. Where do I stand with this?
Snuffs99
The fact they have paid into an account that is not yours doesn't matter mate (unless they can prove you gave them that number ie a form you've signed etc), thats their problem to deal with......... ring in the morning and find out whats happens and take it from there. Keep us informed. Re: Snuffs
StonerUK
The question on everyones lips is...How much did ya get? [emoji12]
suke
Its quite easy to work out Stoner. Look on the DWP website and it tells you on there what the payments are!
StonerUK
It would have been easier if you just typed the compensation figure lol. Never mind I'm just being a nosey fecker[emoji103][emoji39]
